  • User-generated content: reviews, survey responses, competition entries.

  • Health/special category (if applicable): If you voluntarily share health or injury information (e.g., in a form or message), we only use it for the stated purpose with your consent and treat it as sensitive information.

  • Device & usage: IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed, time on page, referral source.

    If we sell or reorganise our business, information may be transferred to the new owner under this Policy.

Our providers (including Shopify and cloud services) may process data outside Australia. Where required, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients protect your information in line with the APPs or an equivalent standard.

EU/UK (if applicable): You may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

California (if applicable): You may have rights to know/access, delete, correct, and opt-out of certain sharing/sale. We do not knowingly sell personal information of minors.

13. Children

Our Site is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us to delete it.
