3-day class pass: $50 once off
Grab a 3-Day Class Pass and train on any three days this week—Fundamentals, BoxFit, S&C or our signature Boxing sessions. Perfect for beginners or visitors who want flexible access and a taste of the HBTL vibe before joining.
7-day class pass: $75 Once Off
7-Day Class Pass: unlimited classes for a full week, beginners to advanced. Experience the HBTL community, sharpen your skills, and see what consistent training does in just 7 days.
Weekly Class Pass: $60 Billed Weekly
Access all group classes: Fundamentals, Skills & Drills, Strength & Conditioning, BoxFit, Pads & Bags, Fit Fundamentals, Women’s Boxing, Men’s Boxing, plus Fighters (invitation only).
Gym Pass: $20 Billed Weekly
Access to open gym: heavy bags, boxing ring, free weights, cardio equipment, sauna, ice bath, and recovery gear.

We focus on the basics done right: stance, defence, timing and straight shots. Small groups, clear cues, real padwork. Ideal if you’re brand new or looking to refine your technique.
From fitness to fight camp
Strength & Conditioning
We combine explosive strength, core stability and interval conditioning with clean mechanics on the pads. Expect rounds that target punch power, footwork and resilience. Ideal whether you’re starting out or sharpening form for tougher rounds.
For any skill level
Skills & Drills
Builds real craft at any level—clean punches, sharper footwork and smarter defence. We layer in combos and conditioning so you get stronger, fitter and more agile, with coaches keeping it supportive but pushy enough to improve every session.
Advanced Guidance
Fighters
Built for experienced boxers who want to sharpen the details and train like a fighter. Sessions mirror real prep: full-contact sparring, partner drills, advanced tactics and fight-fit conditioning. Whether you’re tuning your ring IQ or prepping for a bout, you’ll work hard in a safe, coach-controlled environment. Gear: 16oz gloves, headgear, mouthguard.
